15+ years experience | 500+ structured portfolio transactions negotiated
At Portfolio Sales Consultancy, we understand that portfolio transactions require a specialized approach. Our methodology is built on:
Building trust and rapport with all parties
Conducting thorough due diligence
Providing transparent communication
Negotiating with integrity and expertise
Delivering tailored solutions for optimal outcomes
Building trusted relationships through professionalism, transparency, and integrity
We will always act in good faith and in the best interests of our clients. Your success is our priority.
We are committed to clear, honest communication in all our dealings. You can expect open updates and accurate insights throughout the process.
PSC is not a training provider and does not offer 'learn and earn' or mentorship services. We provide professional, results-driven consultancy services only.
We do not accept commission or involvement in transactions where the client has already initiated direct or informal negotiations with the seller. This protects the integrity of all parties involved.
We use our knowledge, experience, and market understanding to review each portfolio thoroughly and recommend what we believe are the most appropriate acquisition strategies.
The solutions we propose may or may not align precisely with your original intentions. Our focus is on identifying the most viable and sustainable outcomes based on the realities of the seller's circumstances and market conditions.
We will never pressure a seller into accepting a solution that does not suit them or could be detrimental to their interests. Seller trust and ethical practices are core to our methodology.
Where appropriate, we may present multiple or blended acquisition solutions. These could include creative strategies such as Lease Options, Exchange with Delayed Completion (EDC), or Assisted Sales—but only if they are suitable for the seller's situation.
In cases where creative strategies are not suitable, we may explore alternative approaches, including (but not limited to) discounted purchases.
If you, as an introducer, intend to retain some or all of a portfolio, we will work with you directly and will not enter any formal arrangement without your written consent.
If the goal is to sell, flip, or assign the portfolio, PSC requires a defined period of exclusivity. During this time, we will market the opportunity to our qualified investor base and that of our trusted professional partners to our agreed mutual benefit.
Portfolio transactions—particularly those involving creative strategies—can take several months to finalise. This is due not only to the complexity of the work and the due diligence required, but also the time needed to build rapport and trust with sellers. We ask introducers and investors to allow PSC the freedom to manage this process at the appropriate pace.
While we will keep introducers informed at key stages, PSC will manage all seller communications directly unless specific input from the introducer is required. This helps maintain clarity and professionalism.
Once engaged, PSC must be the sole negotiator with the seller. Introducers agree not to contact the seller or their agent directly, as this can cause confusion, undermine trust, and potentially jeopardise the transaction.
